OUR STUDENTS WENT TO A STUDY TRIP AGAIN

SECOND-YEAR STUDENTS OF THE TEACHER TRAINING FACULTY AND FIRST-YEAR TOURISM AND CATERING STUDENTS WENT TO A STUDY TRIP IN THE FRAME OF THE SUBJECTS CULTURAL HERITAGE AND CULTURAL RESOURCES 07 NOVEMBER 2017
The students visited Hercegkút, the Tokaj Wine Region World Heritage scene. The tourist guide was Mr József Rák, mayor of Hercegkút.The mayor introduced the settlement's past, present and future with great expertise.
Participants stopped at the Swabian county house at first, where they could see objects, tools and documents of the original settlers. Then the group went to see the statue in the school's front garden, erected in memoriam of the people taken to Malenkij Robot.
The next stop was the Roman Catholic Church, built in 1788. Finally, participants went to the cellar range of Gombos-hill, where the multi-storey cellar range, bearing the World-Heritage title, shows spectacular view and has fantastic perspective. The group tasted some famous Tokaj wine, too. Electric cars of Innovo-Patak Sárospatak Town Developing Nonprofit Ltd assisted the trip.
