IN MEMORIAM OF THE REVOLUTION OF 1956

We commemorated the 61st anniversary of the Revolution of 1956 at our campus the 20th of October 2017
Participants of the programme recalled the events of the 23rd of October, read texts from Márai's Angel from Heaven, and shared the thoughts of Albert Camus, who praised Hungarians. The band East's lyric, 1956 Hungary, was played accompanying with the showing of motion pictures made in 1956. Etelka Stumph-Oláh and Mrs Winkler also exhibited related photos, books, and texts.
Organisers were Judit Andrássy and Kristóf Farkas students, and Gábor Sasi technologist.
