As a result of a successful Campus Hungary application Marta Vinnai Vekony, a lecturer at Comenius Faculty, took a one-week study trip at the Howest University College West Flanders in Belgium. The title of the work plan - Building Bridges through Sharing Knowledge- reflects the ambition to get to know each other better, to promote the work of Eszterházy Károly College and to establish basis for international cooperation between Comenius Faculty and Howest Teacher Training Faculty.
During the visit two lectures were delivered on the following topics:
• Characteristics of Young Learners
• Teaching Reading to Young Learners
The individual professional program luckily coincided with the events of the International Partner Days organized by Howest College. It proved to be an excellent opportunity to meet colleagues coming from different Europian countries, India and the United States.
